My current role is Manager of Project Services, and I have taken more of a lead on supporting our Quantitative research projects in the past year. I have been here just about 3.5 years now
What did you do before joining BluePrint?
Prior to joining BluePrint I worked at two other market research companies, one being mostly consumer-based and the other being all medical, similar to BluePrint. I gained a lot of valuable experience at these companies which I feel has greatly contributed to my overall success in this current role.
What unique opportunities do you think BluePrint provides?
BluePrint is one of the few companies that is able to provide you with career path options that are well-defined and yet flexible – not only do you know what to expect but it also allows you to continue growing in your role. Everyone here is very encouraging and wanting to help you excel along the way.
What do you find most rewarding about your work at BluePrint?
I really enjoy being able to work with all of the different teams at BluePrint. I am in a unique position that I can provide support across the company and all of BluePrint’s clients. This creates an interesting dynamic in which I really get to know each and every person and create a meaningful relationship with everyone here. Each team has their own unique nuances in executing client engagements, so it keeps my job interesting and allows me to be creative in how I support them.
Which culture event at BluePrint did you enjoy the most?
When I visited our team in the San Francisco office, I joined them for a Giants game on a beautiful Fall day. The office is so close to the ballpark that we were able to walk over to the game, enjoyed some lunch there, and then ended the day with some drinks in the city. Each office has its own social committee with social chairs responsible for organizing these events and they really do a great job in planning fun and unique events for each office, and even have some combined office events from time to time.
